The work behind the name
Ambition needs somewhere to go.
Flip-A-Heart is a Baltimore-rooted 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to economic mobility through entrepreneurship, workforce development, financial capability, and community-rooted opportunity.
We connect learning with doing. Young people explore ideas, practice making decisions, and share their work with others. Those experiences can strengthen the confidence to pursue a business, navigate a career, and plan a financial future.
Through NextGen Wealth Builders and partnerships with educators, DJS teams, and community organizations, we bring that work into the places young people learn and grow.
