NextGen Wealth Builders (NWB): Youth Pitch Day at Under Armour HQ

Join us for the NextGen Wealth Builders (NWB) Youth Pitch Day, where the brightest young teen minds in Baltimore will take the stage to pitch bold business ideas designed to solve real problems in our city. This inspiring, high-energy event — held at Under Armour Global Headquarters in partnership with Green Street Academy — is free and open to the public.

We’re honored to have Kevin Plank, Founder and CEO of Under Armour, deliver the opening remarks and help kick off this special afternoon celebrating youth innovation and entrepreneurship.

This unforgettable afternoon will showcase the hard work and creativity of Baltimore City high school students who have spent the summer developing business ideas through the NextGen Wealth Builders (NWB) program — an initiative led by Flip-A-Heart in partnership with Green Street Academy.

Over the course of the summer, teens in the NWB program have developed their own ventures through hands-on learning in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and career readiness. Now, they’ll pitch their businesses to a live audience and a panel of expert judges for a chance to win cash prizes and startup support.

Guests will hear live pitches from youth teams launching solutions that address real community challenges — from fashion brands and tech tools to wellness services and creative ventures. Each pitch will be evaluated by industry professionals, and top teams will earn awards to help bring their ideas to life.
