About NWB
Founded In 2024, NextGen Wealth Builders (NWB) is a pioneering program designed to equip youth with the knowledge and skills necessary to build wealth and achieve financial independence. NWB is unique in that we help each student learn how to create their own successful business.
Our program offers a comprehensive curriculum that exposes young individuals to various wealth-building pathways, whether through entrepreneurship, traditional full-time careers, or freelance work within their communities.
At NWB, we emphasize financial literacy, covering essential topics such as money management, credit building, banking, and investing. Our participants also receive mentorship and life skills training, which includes public speaking, confidence building, goal setting, teamwork, conflict resolution, time management, responsibility, and accountability. We are dedicated to guiding the next generation towards financial freedom and empowering them to create lasting wealth.
Our Mission
The mission of NextGen Wealth Builders (NWB) is to empower youth with the knowledge and skills to achieve financial freedom and build generational wealth. NWB ensures participants leave with a clear path, whether as entrepreneurs starting their own business, as employees in full-time careers, or as service-professionals completing service work in their community. We guide young individuals towards economic independence and success, fostering a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
