Donald "Mr. Flip" Wedlock
Donald Wedlock, also known as Mr. Flip, is the CEO and founder of Flip-A-Buck, a platform connecting homeowners with job seekers, freelancers, and youth. After turning his life around following a seven-year prison sentence, Donald created Flip-A-Buck to inspire others and build community trust. Based in Baltimore, he trains “Buckanears” through the NextGen Wealth Builders program, offering kids positive alternatives from young street hustlers to youth looking for change. His motto: “It only takes one buck at a time.”


Alfred "Mr. Jobs" Ward
Alfred "Mr. Jobs" Ward is the Founder and CEO of BLYNK, a tech company connecting diverse talent with high-paying job opportunities. An early entrepreneur, he launched his first startup at 17 and graduated with honors from UNC Chapel Hill’s Shuford Program in Entrepreneurship. At UNC, he interned at NC IDEA, contributing to the Black Entrepreneurship Council. Despite offers from Venture For America and Goldman Sachs, he chose to focus on BLYNK. Dedicated to empowering youth, he aims to provide tools and opportunities for career and entrepreneurial success.


DeShawna "Miss CEO" Jones
DeShawna Jones, known as Miss CEO, is the Founder and CEO of DJ’s Event Planning LLC. She specializes in brand launches, workshops, and community events for entrepreneurs and non-profits. Starting her entrepreneurial journey at 19 while a student at Frostburg State University, she began with an e-commerce business selling handmade jewelry. Her passion for helping small businesses grew from organizing community events. With experience in event planning and corporate project accounting, she now focuses on supporting micro-businesses and youth through her “Little CEO Workday Session,” aiming to help entrepreneurs scale their ventures.
